Located in Govind Nagar, in the heart of Havelock, Gold India Beach Resort offers a pleasing view of the beach number 5 in this island. Don't go. Waste of money. Agoda booked it and rude behaviour by hotel staff and Agoda as well. Ruined my 2 days at Havelock. Gold India Gold star Joye Grand All 3 above are operated by the same guy. Paid high but not value for money. No hospitality and Service.

We stayed for two days. Walking distance from best restaurant Anju Coco at Havelock. Hotel is having maintenance and staff issues. You don't get any internet connectivity.. rooms are big. Washroom has tub. Check whether AC And Geyser are working . Food quality poor to average. Location is good. We got it damn cheap hardly 2k for a room with BF

It's good place for staying with children as it is near beach so you can enjoy waves of beach anytime. You don't have to go far for watching sunrise & sunset as beach is hardly 200 fts away from the Resort.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 3000/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for 1 night...tooo...dirty bathroom ... And also for mytourguru.com is not manage well and so if you are going to book your honeymoon package by this agent plz......don’t do this ..... They send phone of hotel different and actual is different ..so don’t stay this hotel and don’t book ur package with this agent (mytourguru.com)

We stayed at this resort during our trip to Havelock Island. The room was just OK and washroom not up to the mark. Food ordered at the restaurant was good and of authentic taste. Fish preparation was per our request little spicy but enjoyed by us. The nearby beach was quite dirty with no facility even for a good walk.
